What is modern hula-hooping, hooping or hoopdance?
A woman named Anah a.k.a Hoopalicious, started playing, moving and dancing with a giant hula hoop 22 years ago and then she started sharing it. Hula hooping has since then evolved into a practice with hula hoops of all sizes and the amount of tricks and movements you can learn is infinite. There are many ways to use a hula hoop and every hooper has his or her own style. Some are techies, some are trickless hoopers, some are hoopdancers, some use it as a fitness tool and some use it as a tool for meditation.

- Foundational movements and tricks. You will also be exploring movement with the hula hoop.
